By accessing or using the After the Fall website, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

About the Site

After the Fall is a community-run, PvPvE Project Zomboid server. This website is an informational and promotional site for that server and our Discord community. It is provided free of charge.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use this site. If you join our Discord or the game server, additional age and conduct rules may apply there.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the site or its underlying systems;
• scrape, harvest, or bulk-download content except as permitted by your browser's normal operation;
• use the site for any unlawful purpose.

Intellectual Property

The name "After the Fall," our logo, and the original content on this site belong to the After the Fall team.

Trademarks and Affiliation

After the Fall is an independent, community-run project. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or in any way officially connected to The Indie Stone.

Project Zomboid is developed and published by The Indie Stone. "Project Zomboid," The Indie Stone, and their associated names, logos, artwork and other assets are the trademarks or property of their respective owners. Any reference to them on this site is made for identification and descriptive purposes only — to say which game this server runs — and does not imply any endorsement or partnership.

Playing on this server requires a copy of Project Zomboid, which you purchase from The Indie Stone or an authorised retailer. We do not sell, distribute, or license the game, and nothing you donate to us is a purchase of it.

The mods listed in or linked from our Steam Workshop collection remain the property of their respective authors. Including a mod in the collection is not a claim of ownership over it, and the authors are not affiliated with this server unless they say otherwise.

The server statistics shown on this site — economy figures, market listings, player and death records — are generated by our own server and the mods running on it. They describe this community only and are not official Project Zomboid data.

Donations

Donations are entirely voluntary and are processed by Ko-fi. They support the running costs of the server and community. Because donations are gifts rather than purchases, they are generally non-refundable except where required by law.

Third-Party Links

The site links to third-party services such as Discord and Ko-fi. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those services.

The site is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the After the Fall team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of, or inability to use, the site.
